Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

milk
1/2

sour cream
1/4

vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a 9-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl until well combined.
Pour batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes away clean.
Cut into squares and serve with softened butter.
