Creamy Cappuccino

You don't need to make a trip to the coffee shop or an expensive espresso machine to make a luscious, frothy cup of cappuccino at home.

- 1 cup sugar
- ΒΌ cup instant granulated coffee
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- Cinnamon, optional
Place whisk attachment onto mixer.
Whisk together coffee granules, sugar, vanilla and boiling water on high speed.
Whisk until liquid becomes light and frothy and it has doubled in volume. This will take several minutes.
Mixture is done when it's thick and frothy, with a consistency similar to whipped cream.
Store in an airtight container.
To serve, add 1-2 heaping tablespoons of frothed whipped coffee to warmed milk.
Stir and enjoy!
Top each cup with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
