Preheat oven to 250°F.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and place a baking rack on top.
Using a paper towel, dry off wings. Set aside.
In a large ziplock bag, combine baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
Place coated chicken wings on baking rack.
Bake wings at 250° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and flip wings over.
Increase oven temperature to 425°F and return wings to the oven.
Bake wings for another 50-60 minutes, or until cooked through.
Melt butter and stir together with hot sauce.
Place baked chicken wings into a large bowl. Pour hot sauce mixture over wings and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
Serve wings immediately with either Ranch or blue cheese dressing.
