Fancy Focaccia Bread

Turn ordinary pizza dough into a fancy flat bread to grace your holiday table.

- 1 refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tbsp garlic butter, melted
- grape or cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
- green onions or chives
- small red, yellow, and orange bell peppers thinly sliced
- thin asparagus spears
- small red onion or shallot, thinly sliced
- parsley
Preheat oven to 400°.
Line a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
Roll out pizza dough onto parchment paper. Use your fingers to spread out the dough towards the edges of the cookie sheet.
Pre-bake dough for 8 minutes in preheated oven.
Remove dough from the oven and brush with melted garlic butter.
Arrange vegetables onto the dough to create a "veggie" scape.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-20 minutes until the edges of the crust are golden brown.
Remove from oven and cut into squares to serve.
