A Fast & Easy To Make Fancy Focaccia Bread

Why serve up an ordinary garlic bread when you can make this special version. It’s the perfect side to serve up for the holidays. Not only is it oh so pretty to look at, it’s a snap to make and it’s wonderfully garlicky and crisp! It’s a lovely flatbread that works perfectly with what ever you are serving up for dinner.

Did you serve up some veggies and dip for the holidays? I always set out a veggie tray when entertaining. Not only is it colorful and a pretty addition to your holiday table, it’s also nice to offer your guests a healthy alternative when there are typically tons of not so healthy options to choose from.

So what are you going to do with all those leftover veggies you have on hand? Don’t let them go to waste, dying a slow death at the bottom of the vegetable crisper drawer in the fridge! Use them to make a fancy Focaccia bread instead!

Mother Nature sure paints with a colorful brush doesn’t she?

Start by preheating the oven to 400°.

Line a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper.

Roll out pizza dough onto parchment paper. Use your fingers to spread out the dough towards the edges of the cookie sheet.

Pre-bake dough for 8 minutes in preheated oven.

Remove dough from the oven and brush with melted garlic butter.

Here is the recipe for the World’s Best Garlic Butter. Seriously, this is the absolute best garlic butter you will ever try. Spread it on this lovely Focaccia bread, a loaf of French bread, mix it with cooked pasta, melt it onto roasted veggies, use it instead of regular butter with baked or mashed potatoes, slather it on your sneakers…LOL. Trust me, this stuff is THE BOMB!!! I have it hanging out in my fridge at all times and use it constantly.

Arrange vegetables onto the dough to create a “veggie” scape. Be creative and have fun with this part. Let your inner Picasso come through! It’s fun to use ingredients from Mother Nature to create something beautiful. You can’t mess this part up, I promise!

Both beautiful and delicious!

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-20 minutes until the edges of the crust are golden brown.

Oh so pretty!

Remove from the oven and cut into squares to serve.

This is artisan bread on steroids!

Go on and give this easy recipe idea a try. Not only is it easy to make, but you will wow your guests when you set this lovely flat bread out on the table.
