Grilled Chicken Gyros

- Naan bread or pita bread
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 2 tomato, chopped
- ¾ cup Tzatziki sauce
- ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
For the chicken:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 tbsp Tzatziki sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
In a small bowl, combine Tzatziki sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano and minced garlic.
Place chicken breasts in a large ziplock baggie and add the marinade. Seal bag and allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat grill and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until juices run clear and it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from grill and allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes. Cut chicken brests into strips.
To serve:
Place a few grilled chicken strips onto each Naan bread. Top with a generous dollop of Tzatziki sauce, chopped tomato, diced red onion, and Feta cheese.
