Peruvian style Chimichurri Rice with vegetables
2-3
chicken and jalapeño sausages,
fully cooked
sour cream,
as garnish
Instructions
Dice sausages into ½ inch pieces.
Place diced sausage, black bean soup and Chimichurri rice in a large saucepan.
Stir to combine.
Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 10 minutes.
Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream if desired.
Notes
Delicious served with cheese quesadillas.
