Oven Roasted Ranch Potatoes

Perfectly seasoned, tender bitesized chunks of potatoes that are the perfect side to any meal.

- 3-5 medium potatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 tsp Ranch seasoning
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 green onion, sliced
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Place potato chunks in a large ziplock bag.
Add ¼ cup olive oil and 4 teaspoons Ranch seasoning.
Seal bag and toss to coat potatoes with the oil and seasoning.
Spread potatoes out in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are soft and lightly browned.
Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of green onions.
