Amazingly Delicious, Insanely Easy To Make Horseradish Sauce

We love us some horsey sauce around here! Can’t have a roast beef sandwich without it, or a French dip either. When the holiday’s roll around the meal just wouldn’t be complete without a side of Horseradish sauce for the prime rib roast. Everyone should have an easy to make horsey sauce in their recipe arsenal. A generous dab will transform anything it touches!

This stuff is so stinking good!

This is the easiest recipe ever! Gather together the ingredients, sour cream, plain greek yogurt, prepared Horseradish sauce, white vinegar, fresh chives, salt, and pepper.

We love the Extra Hot Horseradish!

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Stir to combine until it’s all creamy and yummy!!!

Spoon into a pretty dish and top with a sprinkle of freshly chopped chives.

We put this stuff on almost EVERYTHING! Sandwiches, fried potatoes, baked potatoes, steak, roast beef, French dip sandwiches, even roasted veggies; it’s phenomenal on anything you put it on! It’s got a nice zing but it’s not too sinus clearing, just enough to let you know it’s there without causing pain…LOL!

Save this recipe for the holidays and pull it out anytime you want to add some creamy zip to your meal. You can whip it up in just a few minutes to enjoy anytime.

Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2-4 tbsp prepared Horseradish
  • 2 tsp freshly chopped chives
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Stir together all the ingredients until combined.
  • Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
