Take a relaxing hot bath.
I’m definitely a shower kind of girl but every so often a good long soak in the tub restores your soul. Honestly, couldn’t we all use a little pamper session every once in a while to relax our tired bodies.
For some of us, the first order of business…move out the kid’s bath toys and the rubber duckies, LOL.
Fill the tub with some scented oil and bubbles. Light a few candles, turn on some music, pour yourself a glass of wine and settle in for a long hot soak.
Reflect on how lucky you are for all the blessings in your life, hot water on demand being one of them!
Elevating your everyday doesn’t mean you have to spend a fortune on yourself, it can be something as simple as taking 15 minutes for yourself at the end of the week to just relax in a tub filled with bubbles and scented hot water to soak away the stress and tension from your week.

Use your favorite scented lotion after you dry off to lock in all that wonderful moisture and keep your skin nice and soft.
Promise you will make a date with yourself to spend a few minutes at the end of the week to elevate your everyday with a long hot soak in the tub. I guarantee it will make you feel so very pampered! You will smell amazing, your skin will be silky soft and you will sleep like a baby!
