Easy To Make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Dump Cookies

These cookies are the perfect solution when you get a hankering for something sweet but don’t have the energy to spend all evening in the kitchen baking up cookies. No creaming butter and sugar together, no sifting flour needed, no separating dry and wet ingredients either. Just dump everything in the bowl of a stand mixer. Combine everything together and stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop out the dough, pop it in the oven and voila, you’ll be enjoying the best tasting soft and chewy chocolate chip oatmeal cookies with almost no effort at all. Not only do they taste a thousand times better than any overly sweet store bought cookie you can buy but you can enjoy them hot, out of the oven in less time than it takes to run to the store to buy an overpriced sweet treat.

Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or silpat liners.

Place all the cookie ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer (except for chocolate chips); softened butter, flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, egg yolk, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.

Use the paddle attachment to stir together all the ingredients on low to medium speed until well combined.

Add the chocolate chips to the bowl.

Stir slowly on low speed just to incorporate the chocolate chips into the cookie dough.

Use a cookie scoop to form evenly sized balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.

Bake each batch for 11-13 minutes.

Edges of the cookies should be a very light brown and the centers will look slightly undercooked when they are ready to come out of the oven.

Allow cookies to rest for five minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Soft and chewy on the inside with a crisp edge makes these cookies utterly irresistible! They’re the absolute best fresh out of the oven and warm. They are delectably soft and melt in your mouth. The chocolate chips are all melty and chocolatey and oh so very, very good! These are everything a good cookie should be but without hardly any effort what so ever! Sweet, but not too sweet. Soft and perfectly gooey with the perfect crispy edges. By far, the easiest cookies you will ever whip up. No more stressing out when your child tells you at bedtime they need to bring a snack to school the next day. These cookies can be made in no time at all. You must make them! You will be thanking me after your very first bite!
