Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease an oven safe casserole dish. Set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Blend on medium speed until well combined, smooth and creamy.

Add cheddar cheese, ¾ cup parmesan cheese (reserve ¼ cup for topping), and the can of diced Jalapeños. Stir together on low speed to combine.

Spread mixture into prepared casserole dish. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl stir together bread crumbs, the reserved ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.

Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the dip in the casserole dish.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until dip is heated through and breadcrumbs are a rich golden brown.

You’re going to burn the roof of your mouth.

Serve this dip hot with Ritz crackers, chips or assorted fresh veggies for scooping.

I must confess, this is one of my all time favorite hot dips. Not only is it one of the easiest dips you will ever make, but everyone that tries it loves it! Even those that don’t like spicy food, love this dip. The sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese cut the spiciness so you get all the wonderful jalapeño flavor without any mouth searing, eye watering spiciness. You get just enough zip to wake up your tastebuds, in good way. The crisp topping contrasts the creamy hot dip perfectly. Wash it down with a cold brew and you pretty much have the perfect Super Bowl party appetizer. I’m betting that the bowl will get scraped so clean you won’t even need to wash it. Well, ok, you should probably wash the dish but it won’t look like it will need it…LOL.
