How To Make Stewart’s Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Preheat oven to 350℉.

Rotisserie chicken is perfect for this recipe.

If you don’t happen to have a rotisserie chicken chilling in the fridge you can easily poach chicken breasts to make the shredded chicken needed for this recipe. In a large bowl stir together the shredded chicken, sour cream, softened cream cheese, ½ cup buffalo sauce, and half the shredded cheddar cheese.

Stir together until well combined. 

Spread mixture out evenly into an oven safe casserole dish.

Sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles and remaining half of the cheddar cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot sauce, ranch dressing and top with sliced green onions.

Serve hot with sliced baguette bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked chicken meat, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Frank's Red hot sauce
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Frank's Red hot sauce, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp green onion, sliced
  • baguette loaf, sliced
  • dippers: corn chips, carrot sticks, celery sticks, optional

Instructions
