I love to try out viral recipes that pop up all over social media and everyone is raving about. When thousands of folks all go crazy over a recipe chances are it’s going to be pretty darn good and this recipe did not disappoint. Not only was it tasty but it’s one of the most economical and easiest sides you can make to serve up with all your meals.

Stir in chicken bouillon and cream of chicken soup and bring mixture to a boil.
You can substitute powdered chicken bouillon for the Better Than Bouillon.
Season with black pepper.
Bring broth to a boil.
Once soup comes to a boil add the egg noodles to the pot.
Stir to coat noodles with the sauce. Bring mixture back to a boil.
Once soup is bubbling, reduce heat and cover pot with a tight fitting lid; simmer for 4 minutes.
Turn off heat and stir in butter. Mix until the butter is completely melted.
Cover pot and allow noodles to sit, covered for 10 minutes, or until noodles have absorbed all the liquid in the pot.
Give it a good stir and garnish with freshly chopped chives to serve.
The chives are optional but oh so tasty. I highly recommend adding them!
