Pizza Bites, Tasty, Easy To Make Morsels of Cheesy Goodness

When you get a craving for some pizza it’s easy to whip up these little morsels of pizza goodness. Only four ingredients and 20 minutes needed to whip these up. That’s faster than ordering a pizza for delivery.

My teenager LOVES these pizza bites! I love how ridiculously easy they are to make and that I don’t have to make a dough from scratch to make them. Flaky biscuits are used for the crust and then all that’s left to do is to add your favorite toppings. It couldn’t be any easier than that!

Start by preheating oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray.

For a crispier crust, preheat a pizza stone or pizza steel in the oven and place pizza bites directly on the hot stone to bake.

Separate biscuits and carefully pull apart each biscuit into two equally thick slices.

Be sure to use “flaky layer” biscuits to make these pizza bites. You want to be able to pull apart the biscuit layers so you get a thinner crust. Otherwise they will be much too doughy.

Place separated biscuit slices onto prepared cookie sheet.

Top each slice with a tablespoon of pizza sauce and a slice of pepperoni.

Top with a generous mound of Mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until biscuits are cooked through and cheese is melted, hot and bubbly.

Serve hot.

These are surprisingly tasty considering how easy they are to make. They are the perfect snack for a hungry group of teenagers. Perfect as an after school snack. Truth be told, you don’t have to be a kid to enjoy these…grown-ups love them too!!!
