Savory, Easy To Make, Slow Cooker Ranch Mushrooms

During the holidays serving up a delicious side dish can be a challenge, and often just adds to the stress of getting several dishes to the table piping hot. I find it’s one of the hardest things to master when cooking a meal, timing everything so that it’s all done at the same time. That’s when this easy, three ingredient, slow cooker side dish comes to the rescue.

Even if you are just preparing a weeknight meal, these delectable savory mushrooms are easy to prepare, and cooking them up in your slow cooker affords you the flexibility of serving them when other foods are ready to eat. Plus they are absolutely delectable and will complement any meal!

Savory, juicy and oh so yummy!!!

You only need three ingredients, an envelope of Ranch dressing mix, a stick of butter, and whole mushrooms. Use your favorites; baby Bella, Cremini, or button mushrooms will all taste delicious in this recipe.

Wash mushrooms and remove tough stems.

Place cleaned and trimmed mushrooms in a slow cooker.

Cut butter into tablespoon sized pats.

Top mushrooms with pats of butter.

Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the mushrooms and butter.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Stir occasionally.

That’s it! It doesn’t get much easier than that! They are savory and juicy and a delectable bite of deliciousness. If you are a mushroom lover like I am, you will LOVE these ranch flavored mushrooms! All my mushroom loving aficionado friends adore these mushrooms!
