Truth be told, I’m not a huge fan of bananas. I will take an apple or an orange over a banana any day. But I absolutely adore banana bread! Go figure. What I love about this recipe, not only is it one to the tastiest loaves you will ever eat, but it’s also one of the easiest loaves of bread you will ever bake up. It all comes together in just one mixing bowl, which makes clean up a breeze. You can easily stir it up with a spoon so you don’t even need to break out the mixer, gotta love that! Chopped pecans give this loaf some texture with a nice crunch and the addition of chocolate chips makes it absolutely divine! Chocolate and bananas are a winning flavor combo even if you’re not a banana loving fool like me.

Oh my goodness…this is honestly one of the best banana bread loaves I have ever baked. It’s takes just a few quick minutes to get it in the oven, with only one bowl to clean up too.
