Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner. Are you looking for a refreshing, tangy, tart cocktail to celebrate Cinco de Mayo? Something that pairs well with your favorite Mexican food? This one is so easy to prepare and tastes great! So look no further! You have found the perfect cocktail!
You can check out my favorite recipe for Fish Taco’s here. They are out of this world delishious with my secret sauce recipe! You can wash them down with a Beer-ga-rita.
These Beer-ga-rita’s are great for entertaining in the hot summer months! They are so refreshing! Mix up 3 or 4 batches and serve them from an insulated cooler with a spigot at the bottom that will keep everything nice and icy cold. That way guests can serve themselves which frees you up for other things at the party, like having fun!
TIP: Do not use a blender to mix these up. The beer will fizz up and make a huge mess. Just trust me on this! Been there, done that! LOL! Do it the old fashioned way and just stir everything together with a large spoon.
Beer-ga-rita’s
- 1 can frozen Minute Maid Lime-aide
- Equal amount Tequila
- 2 bottles beer (I use Corona’s)
Pour the Lime-aide into a large pitcher.
Fill the empty Lime-aid can with Tequila and add to the pitcher.
Pour in two bottles of your favorite beer and stir everything together.
Serve over ice. Garnish with slices of lime.
Strip & Go Naked’s
To make Strip & Go Naked’s switch out the tequila for vodka.
Serve in fancy margarita glasses over ice and garnish with slices of lime. Mmmm…..
