Oh my gosh, these little pepperoni cheesy breads pack a fantastic punch of flavor into each and every delectable bite. They may be small but they sure are mighty when it comes to deliciousness. They come together in just a few quick minutes and when served all hot and gooey, fresh out of the oven you will have guests jostling each other to get to the platter for a second, and third, and fourth piece. You won’t come home with even one teeny, tiny leftover bite…guaranteed! We were gobsmacked at how good these little guys are. You must give them a try. You are going to be so pleasantly surprised at how tasty they are.


How To Make Cheesy Pepperoni Bread:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Shred cheddar cheese.

Cut pepperoni slices into thin strips.

Slice green onions.

Place shredded cheddar cheese, pepperoni strips, and sliced green onion in a large mixing bowl.

Add Ranch dressing mix to the bowl.

Add mayonnaise to the bowl.

Stir to combine all the ingredients. Add more mayonnaise if needed until you have a thick creamy paste.

Slice baguette loaf into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Spread a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each of the bread slices and place in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Turn oven to broil and heat until cheese is hot, bubbly, and lightly browned. Serve piping hot.

Oh my goodness! Give me a second while I go and change into my stretchy pants. These cheesy little pepperoni bites are AMAZING!!! They might actually be one of the best recipes on the site to date. Yes they’re that good. Once you have one you won’t be able to stop yourself until every last one of them is gone. It’s a rather short simple list of ingredients, so there’s some kind of voodoo magic that happens in the oven as they bake up. I can’t comprehend how something so simple can be so stinking good! Give these a try, you won’t regret it, unless you’re trying to lose weight. These little guys will have you tipping the scale in the wrong direction…sorry…not sorry…LOL.

I can’t even remember where I first came across the recipe. I’ve had it in my arsenal for decades. I’m pretty sure it predates the internet, the “olden days” as my kids refer to that time before the World Wide Web existed. LOL.
