Preheat air fryer to 410℉.

If you don’t have an air fryer you could also cook these wings in your oven on a cookie sheet. Increase the heat to 425℉.

Dry the wings thoroughly with paper towels.

Note – it’s important to dry the wings so they get nice and crispy as they cook.

Place dried wings in a large ziplock bag.

Add the baking powder, salt and pepper to the bag.

Seal bag and toss to coat wings.

Place wings in an air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space in between the wings. If you have a smaller air fryer cook wings in batches. Leave space in between the wings for best results, so they get nice and crispy as they cook up in the air fryer.

Cook wings for 30-35 minutes, turning the wings over every 10 minutes, so they cook evenly.

While wings are cooking, place butter in a saucepan and melt it over medium heat.

Add hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder to the saucepan.

Stir to combine all the ingredients and heat to a low simmer. Remove sauce from heat.

Once the wings are cooked through, place them in an extra large bowl and toss the wings with the Buffalo sauce to completely coat them.

Serve wings hot with Ranch or Blue cheese dressing on the side and celery sticks or carrot sticks if desired.

Oh my goodness…these are so very, very good! Pop them in the air fryer or your oven, heat the easy to make sauce, toss to combine and you will be enjoying some of the tastiest wings ever. Oh so easy and oh so tasty! Wings don’t get much better than this! Everyone’s gonna love them, I promise! And don’t forget lots of napkins, you”ll need them for sure.
