Coming in at number one, Wickedly Good Chinese Oven Roasted Sticky Spareribs. These ribs are by far the most popular readers choice recipe on the blog. This recipe gets thousands more clicks and views than any other recipe on the site. Not only are they delicious, but they are extremely easy to make and taste a thousand times better than any ribs you can get at your favorite Chinese restaurant. Meaty, with a sticky asian flavored glaze…utterly delicious! Try them and prove me wrong, I dare you!

Oh so very, very good…got napkins?

Coming in at second place, What The Heck Is A Raclette? It’s An Effortless, Unique Way To Host A Dinner Party. A Raclette party is a very popular way to entertain. It’s a real thing in Europe, but you rarely see it here in the United States. My aunt in Germany treated us to a Raclette meal when we were visiting and it was one of the tastiest, most memorable meals of our entire trip. Thank you Tante Anni!!! I really hope it takes off here in the states; its such a fun, interactive experience, and a such a unique way to host a meal with your friends and family.

In third place, a personal childhood favorite of mine, Palacsinta; How To Make This Traditional Hungarian Pancake. This traditional Hungarian recipe brings back wonderful childhood memories of my mother standing at the stove cooking these up. My sister and I would be standing, plates in hand, waiting for one fresh out of the skillet as she cooked them up. It’s one of my personal favorite meals.

In fourth place, Rye Not? Learn How To Make A Classic Grilled Rueben Sandwich. Ok who doesn’t love a good Rueben sandwich? When they are done right, they’re phenomenal! Try this classic take on a grilled Rueben sandwich, I think you’re going to love it just as much as we do!

In fifth place, Slow Cooker Bayrischer Schweinebraten; Nuschi’s Bavarian Pork Roast. This was a Sunday dinner staple when I was growing up. Hands down my all time favorite meal, and my readers seem to agree! I don’t always have the luxury of braising a roast on the stovetop for hours. Let’s face it, with work and our busy schedules its nice to utilize the convenience of a slow cooker to make special meals like this one. I converted my mother’s recipe for the slow cooker so you can enjoy it anytime you want.

Use leftover meat for nachos or burritos.

In sixth place, this Tried & True Classic Recipe, Double Chocolate Cola Cake takes first place for reader’s favorite sweet treat. What do you get when you combine gooey, melty cheese, sweet, kissed by the sun, ripe tomatoes, garnished with fresh basil from the garden? You get this utterly amazing hot dip! Scoop it up with slices of fresh sour dough bread. When the tomatoes are coming in faster than we can keep up I will often make this for dinner. Yes I know…shocking, but this dip with a glass of your favorite red wine, is utterly sublime! A perfect summer meal…scoop away my lovelies!

Got bread? How long till summer?

Coming in at number ten, Learn How To Make Wiener Schnitzel, A Classic German Favorite. These breaded pork tenderloin cutlets, fried up crisp and served in the classic style, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice are amazingly delicious. Crunchy on the outside, and tender on the inside. There’s a reason these cutlets are one of the most popular dishes served up in restaurants all across Germany and Austria. No need to travel to Europe to try them when you can easily make them at home any time you want.

Wienerschnitzel is not a hot dog Veronica…LOL!

In the eleventh place slot, A Rich, Hearty, Flavor Packed Authentic Mexican Pozole. This authentic Mexican soup is one of the heartiest, tastiest broth based soups you will ever enjoy! My bestie, Veronica, is famous in our circles for this amazing soup! It’s a special treat she cooks up every year just as the weather turns cold, to celebrate Día de los Muertos. The best part? She sends everyone home with leftovers!!! I love that girl ❤️

Be smart, make friends with foodies and you’ll never go hungry again!

And finally to round out the list, Crack Potatoes – The Best Potato Casserole You Will Ever Eat! I’ve been making these potatoes for years and years. Just as the name says, these potatoes are literally as addictive as crack! The casserole dish always comes back home licked clean! There’s NEVER a speck left in the pan, ever! I bet leftovers would be phenomenal, especially when the flavors have had a chance to get to know each other overnight. But sadly I will never know, since there are never any leftover.
