Place a tablespoon of butter on a comal or large skillet.

Heat until butter is melted and begins to foam.

Place a tortilla in the comal and fry the tortilla until browned and toasty.

Flip tortilla and fry on the other side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove fried tortilla from the pan and dust it with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Be sure to dust both sides.

Repeat with remaining tortilla. Fry it in butter until browned and crispy, then dust both sides with cinnamon and sugar.
